古道遗风土罐茶
因飞鸟衔来树叶治愈藏王。从此，藏族嗜茶，餐必饮茶。土罐茶尤为奇特，一般将熬制好的大锅茶，倒入陶罐，再加茶叶及配料，用石片加盖罐口，用牛粪火包裹罐体，露罐口徐徐煨熬。其茶口感极佳，微有烟熏味，犹如臭豆腐之臭味。
