农耕祭祀阱咨嘎
在虾拉沱片区部分村寨自古就有“阱咨嘎”祭祀。在藏历岁末，农户将圈内肥料除尽，待最后一背篓时背肥者与执火把者口念“阱咨嘎，於勒色”的诵词，绕行掷出火把祭祀。傍晚时分，执麦秆火再度祭祀，随即翩翩起舞庆贺驱污除秽。

ཤ་རྭ་ཐང་ས་ཁུལ་གྱི་གྲོང་ཚོ་ཁག་ལ་གནའ་སྔ་མོ་ནས་བསང་མཆོད་སྲོལ་ཡོད་པ་དང་བསང་མཆོད་དུས་ཁ་ནས་རྒྱན་ཟི་ཁ་ཡོས་ནི་སེ་ཞེས་འབོད་བཞིན་མཆོད་འབུལ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཡོད། དེ་ནི་མི་ཉག་སྐད་ཡིན་པར་བཤད་ལ་ནང་དོན་ནི་དགྲ་དེ་སོད་ཞེས་པ་ལྟ་བུའི་ནང་དོན་ཡོད།ལོ་ཐོ་ཀྱི་ལོ་མཇུག་ཏུ་ཞིང་དུད་ཀྱིས་ར་བའི་ནང་གི་ལུད་རྫས་རྩ་མེད་དུ་བཏང་ནས། སླེལ་བོ་ཆེས་མཇུག་མ་ཁུར་དུས་སླེལ་བོ་འདེགས་མཁན་དང་མེ་ཁྱེར་མཁན་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་རྒྱན་ཟི་ཁ་ཡོས་ནི་སེ་ཞེས་བཏོན་ནས་བསྐོར་ནས་མེ་བཞག་སྟེ་མཆོད་འབུལ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཡོད།
The Agricultural Sacrifice of "Jingziga"
In some villages of the Xialatuo area, there has been a traditional "Jingziga" sacrifice since ancient times. At the end of the Tibetan calendar year, farmers clean out the manure in their yards. When carrying the last basket, the carrier and the person with the torch recite the words "Jingziga, Yulese" and circle around to throw the torch as a sacrifice. In the evening, they perform the sacrifice again with a torch made of wheat straw, then dance joyfully to celebrate the expulsion of impurities.
