丧葬礼俗行孝举
鲜水河流域丧葬习俗神奇多样，有史前的石棺葬、瓮棺葬与后世演进的天葬、水葬、树根葬、火葬、土葬及高僧大德的塔葬等葬俗。土葬又分石棺葬、瓮棺葬、木棺葬与裸葬等方式。当前一般以天葬为主，辅至于鲜有的火葬、土葬与水葬。

ཤེལ་ཆུའི་འབབ་རྒྱུད་དུ་དུར་འཇུག་གི་གོམས་སྲོལ་ངོ་མཚར་ཆེ་ཞིང་། ལོ་རྒྱུས་མ་བྱུང་གོང་གི་རྡོའི་དུར་སྒམ་དང་རང་ཐང་གི་དུར་སྒམ་སོགས་ཡོད་པ་མ་ཟད། མི་རབས་རྗེས་མའི་དུར་རྫས་དང་། ཆུ་མཆོད། སྡོང་རྩའི་དུར་རྫས། པུར་འཇུག་དུར་སྦེད་དང་དེ་བཞིན་སྐྱེས་བུ་དམ་པ་ཚོའི་དུར་རྫས་དུར་འཇུག་སོགས་ཀྱི་གོམས་སྲོལ་ཡང་ཡོད། པུར་འཇུག་ལ་རྡོའི་དུར་སྒམ་དང་། དུར་སྒམ་ནང་གི་པུར་འཇུག གདུང་སྒམ་ནང་གི་པུར་འཇུག་སོགས་ཀྱི་བྱ་ཐབས་ཀྱང་ཡོད་པ་རེད། མིག་སྔར་སྤྱིར་བཏང་དུ་དུར་དུ་འཇུག་རྒྱུ་གཙོ་བོ་ཡིན་པ་དང་། པུར་འཇུག་དང་དུར་སྦས་སོགས་ཀྱང་ཡོད།
Funeral Customs and Filial Acts
The funeral customs of the Freshwater River Basin are diverse and magical, including prehistoric stone coffin burials, urn burials, and later developments such as celestial burials, water burials, tree root burials,cremations, earth burials, and the pagoda burials of high monks and virtuous persons. Earth burials are further divided into stone coffin, jar,wooden coffin, and naked burials. Currently, celestial burials are the main practice, supplemented by rare instances of cremation, earth burial, and water burial.
