接力关爱圆梦想
1973年炉霍大地震造成57户死绝户，留下遗孤近百名。党委政府根据实际采取集中供养、亲属收养与成年自养的方式，最大限度解决了震后遗孤遗留问题。这些遗孤长大后带着感恩之心在各自的工作岗位上用智慧和双手，为建设家乡做出了应有贡献。

Passing the Baton of Care to fulfill Dreams
The Luohuo earthquake in 1973 left 57 households completely destroyed, resulting in nearly a hundred orphans. These orphans were addressed by the local committee and government in accordance with providing concentrated support, facilitating adoption by relatives, and enabling self-reliance for those who came of age, thus resolving the post-disaster orphan issue to the greatest extent possible. As these orphans grew up, they carried heartfelt gratitude and contributed to the construction of their hometown with their wisdom and efforts in their respective professional roles.
