灾后首建沥青路
为提升市政品质，在灾后重建中探索性地采用沥青油化。1976年县城第一次实现了油路黑化。这条贯穿全城的沥青油路彻底结束了县城“晴天一身灰，雨天满足泥”的泥土路面历史。

The First Asphalt Road Built After the Disaster
To improve the quality of urban infrastructure, asphalt paving was exploratively used in the post-disaster reconstruction. In 1976, the county town achieved road blacktopping for the first time. This asphalt road running through the whole city completely ended the history of the county town's "dusty in sunny days and muddy in rainy days" dirt road.
