在重建家园的基础上，县委政府对灾后城市建设进行了科学规划，并坚持“一张规划管到底”。1975年修建了炉霍县电影院，成为甘孜州第一个拥有县级电影院的县份。炉霍电影院和大礼堂在废墟上建成，炉霍因此被誉为“康北明珠”。

The Phoenix Rebirth Shows a New Look
On the basis of rebuilding homes, the county party committee and government carried out scientific planning for post-disaster urban construction and adhered to "one plan for the whole process". In 1975, Luhuo County built the first county-level movie theater in Ganzi Prefecture. The Luhuo Movie Theater and the auditorium were built on the ruins, and Luhuo was thus known as the "Pearl of north Kham."
