中央派来慰问团
1973年2月11日，以国家农林部部长沙风为团长的中央慰问团一行21人，带着毛主席和党中央、国务院对灾区人民的亲切关怀，从首都飞往成都。15日抵达炉霍震中，并对受灾群众表示亲切慰问。
