北京传来关怀声
炉霍地震发生后，2月9日中共中央发来慰问电。3月3日，周恩来总理做出重要指示。炉霍人民在第一时间得到党中央和国家最有效最直接的关怀，灾区人民从广播中第一时间听到了北京的关怀声，听到了全国各地的支援声。
