博巴政府新政权
1936年4月15日，红军在炉霍县成立了炉霍苏维埃博巴自治政府，亦称博巴依德瓦。各区、乡、村相继建立区博巴政府2个、乡级博巴政府12个、村级博巴政府8个，这标志着建立起了以藏民为主的民主自治政府。

The New Regime of the Boba Government
On April 15, 1936, the Red Army established the Soviet Boba Autonomous Government of Luhuo County, also known as the Boba Yidwa. Subsequently, two district-level Boba governments, 12township-level Boba governments, and eight village-level Boba governments were established in various districts, townships, and villages, marking the establishment of a democratic autonomous government mainly composed by Tibetan people.
